Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

Job Summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure programs from its Greenville team. This employee-owner leadership role combines client engagement, business development, project delivery, and team development.

Project Details

Manage multi-million-dollar water-related infrastructure projects serving municipalities, governments, and water utility clients. The work may include treatment facilities, linear infrastructure, planning, asset management, and related water systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing, strategy, proposals, client presentations, budgeting, and contracting for new opportunities.
• Manage project performance, budgets, invoicing, payments, reviews, and commercial execution.
• Oversee engineering managers and coordinate internal teams with owner representatives.
• Develop project goals and support market, client engagement, and business plans.
• Mentor staff and support training, promotion, and team growth.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 15 years of program or project management and related technical experience.
• Experience with water and wastewater treatment, linear infrastructure planning and design, and asset management.
• Business development and project management experience.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
