Job Summary

Barton Malow is hiring a Senior Superintendent to provide field leadership for commercial construction projects in a travel-based assignment. The role is responsible for safe, timely, cost-controlled, and high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct construction activities from project planning through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners to sequence work and reduce conflicts.
• Enforce safety, quality, and project control procedures in the field.
• Track labor, material costs, inventory, and schedule needs.
• Resolve trade disputes and work jurisdiction issues.
• Mentor field staff and maintain communication with project teams and partners.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of superintendent leadership experience.
• At least 10 years of commercial construction experience.
• Ability to travel and remain on-site for the assignment duration.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
