MEP Superintendent - Columbus, OH 1

Job Summary

Barton Malow is hiring an MEP Superintendent in Columbus to lead field coordination and installation activities for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain jobsite safety, enforce company requirements, and support pre-task planning.
• Direct trade contractors and equipment vendors while sequencing work to protect productivity and schedule.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical systems in rooms and other congested building areas.
• Manage project scheduling, site logistics, MEP punch-list completion, quality, and contract compliance.
• Support work-scope development, limit field changes, and resolve coordination issues with the Project Manager.

Required Experience

• At least five years of experience working with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Previous superintendent experience is preferred.
• Four-year technical or engineering degree, or equivalent field experience.
• Healthcare project experience is preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
