Traveling Superintendent

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Traveling Superintendent with progressive construction experience to lead field operations, coordinate project teams, and maintain safe, quality-driven jobsite execution.

Responsibilities

• Establish site safety expectations and promote safe work practices.
• Develop six-week look-ahead schedules and track overall project progress.
• Coordinate with project management and manage subcontractor activities.
• Review job costs, monitor labor quantities, and complete regular project reports.
• Oversee quality control and train craft workers.
• Mentor field engineers.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Willingness to travel is required.
