Superintendent - Water/Wastewater

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Water/Wastewater Superintendent in Tucson to lead field operations and support safe, efficient project delivery. Candidates should bring progressive experience in the water and wastewater construction industry.

Project Details

This role supports water and wastewater infrastructure construction and requires travel as project needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Establish jobsite safety expectations and promote safe work practices.
• Develop six-week look-ahead schedules and track overall schedule performance.
• Coordinate with project management and provide daily and periodic reports.
• Monitor job costs, labor quantities, quality control, and subcontractor performance.
• Train craft personnel and mentor field engineers.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in the water and wastewater construction industry.
• Progressive field leadership experience in a superintendent or similar role.
• Willingness to travel.
