Superintendent Plant Operations

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Superintendent Plant Operations to provide field leadership, coordinate construction activities, and apply construction knowledge to support successful project delivery in Sarasota.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and purchase project materials.
• Maintain accurate as-built documentation.
• Serve as a contact for the owner and architect/engineer.
• Verify inventory and prepare inventory analyses.
• Survey and evaluate construction sites.

Required Experience

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Five to seven years of construction-related experience.
• Successful candidates must be willing to complete required background screening and any post-offer physical or site-specific screening.
