Superintendent - Pipe - Heavy Civil

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Heavy Civil Pipe Superintendent to lead field operations, coordinate project teams, and maintain safe, efficient jobsite performance. Candidates should bring progressive experience in heavy civil construction and be available to travel.

Responsibilities

• Set jobsite safety expectations and promote safe work practices.
• Develop six-week look-ahead plans and track the project schedule.
• Work closely with project management on field execution.
• Review costs, monitor labor quantities, and complete project reporting.
• Oversee quality control and subcontractor activities.
• Train craft personnel and support the development of field engineers.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in the heavy civil industry.
• Progressive construction experience in a comparable field leadership role.
• Willingness to travel.
