Job Summary

Garney Construction is seeking a Heavy Civil Pipe Superintendent in Tempe to lead field operations and support safe, productive project delivery. The position requires progressive construction experience and substantial industry background.

Project Details

The role supports heavy civil pipe construction and requires willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Set and enforce jobsite safety expectations and oversee quality control.
• Develop six-week look-ahead schedules and track overall project progress.
• Coordinate with project management and subcontractors.
• Review job costs, manage labor quantities, and complete routine project reports.
• Train craft employees and mentor field engineers.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in the relevant heavy civil industry.
• Previous progressive construction experience.
• Willingness to travel.
