Superintendent - Pipe - Heavy Civil

Job Summary

Garney Construction is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations for heavy civil pipe work in Cape Coral, Florida. The role requires progressive construction experience and strong coordination with project management and field personnel.

Project Details

This position supports heavy civil pipe construction and may require travel.

Responsibilities

• Set and reinforce jobsite safety expectations.
• Develop six-week look-ahead plans and track project schedule performance.
• Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and craft teams.
• Review costs, monitor labor quantities, and complete project reporting.
• Oversee quality control, train craft workers, and mentor field engineers.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in the relevant heavy civil construction industry.
• Progressive field leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel.
