Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Heavy Civil Pipe Superintendent to lead field operations, coordinate project execution, and maintain safe, productive job sites.

Project Details

This role supports heavy civil pipe construction and requires willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Set job-site safety expectations and reinforce safe work practices.
• Develop six-week look-ahead schedules and track overall project progress.
• Coordinate with project management and monitor labor quantities and job costs.
• Prepare daily and periodic project reports.
• Oversee quality control and subcontractor performance.
• Train craft workers and mentor field engineers.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in the relevant heavy civil industry.
• Progressive experience in superintendent or comparable field leadership work.
• Ability to travel as required.
