Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Superintendent in Tampa to provide field leadership, apply construction knowledge, and support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Purchase and negotiate materials.
• Maintain accurate as-built documentation.
• Coordinate communication with the owner and architect or engineer.
• Review inventory and provide related analysis.
• Survey and assess the construction site.

Required Experience

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Five to seven years of construction-related experience.
