Superintendent 1, Mission Critical

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Superintendent 1 to support field execution for mission-critical construction projects in Tulsa. The role coordinates site operations, subcontractors, staff, materials, schedules, safety, quality, and project documentation.

The Advanced Facilities Group delivers mission-critical, data center, semiconductor, and industrial and manufacturing projects for innovative clients across the country.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, company staff, site logistics, workflow, and daily field operations.
• Lead safety, quality, trade, progress, and project coordination meetings.
• Develop and maintain work plans, schedules, reports, logs, drawings, and inspection documentation.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, procurement, self-perform operations, timecards, and cost tracking.
• Support quality assurance, project changes, closeout activities, staffing, recruiting, and project review meetings.
• Communicate with owners, designers, authorities, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Required Experience

• At least 3 years of construction experience and 1 year of field supervision experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; a construction management, engineering, or related bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Working knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, project management and accounting software, construction technology, Lean practices, layout, crane flagging, rigging, and self-perform productivity.
• Intermediate written and verbal communication, presentation, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions and non-traditional hours.
