Senior Superintendent, Mission Critical

Job Summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead complex mission-critical construction projects from planning through completion. The role manages field teams, construction sequencing, project execution, safety, quality, schedule, and delivery results.

Responsibilities

• Direct complex stand-alone or multiple projects, including work performed by multiple superintendents.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, site logistics, staffing, work plans, materials, equipment, and field operations.
• Lead safety, quality, scheduling, coordination, documentation, progress meetings, and project closeout activities.
• Monitor project risks, costs, changes, productivity, and schedule impacts in partnership with project management.
• Support project pursuits, client relationships, business development, training, and external industry activities.
• Promote an injury-free, inclusive, and collaborative project culture.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 10 years of construction experience and 8 years of field supervision experience.
• Advanced communication, presentation, construction means and methods, trade, self-perform, layout, crane flagging, and rigging knowledge.
• Working knowledge of project management, accounting, scheduling, construction technology, MS Office, and Lean processes.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions and non-traditional hours.
