Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and develop project management teams supporting water and wastewater construction operations in Nashville.

Project Details

This role supports water and wastewater infrastructure projects and requires flexibility to travel or relocate based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers.
• Review project budgets, cost forecasts, and work-in-progress projections.
• Support business development and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with owners and engineers.
• Respond to urgent operational matters and maintain a flexible schedule.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• At least eight years of supervisory experience.
• Progressive construction experience with the ability to support changing operational requirements.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate.
