Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

Job Summary

Garney Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and develop project management staff supporting water and wastewater construction operations in Lexington, Texas.

Project Details

This role supports water and wastewater infrastructure work and requires flexibility to travel or relocate as operational needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers.
• Review budgets, cost forecasts, and work-in-progress projections.
• Support business development and identify new opportunities.
• Partner with project teams to develop value engineering solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners and engineers.
• Adjust to a flexible schedule and respond to urgent operational matters.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of supervisory experience.
• Previous progressive construction experience.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate.
