Senior Project Manager, Industrial Manufacturing Projects

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex industrial manufacturing construction projects, oversee project outcomes, and manage operational, financial, and administrative performance.

Project Details

The role supports industrial manufacturing work from preconstruction through closeout, including estimating, procurement, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct project safety, planning, buyout, contracting, scheduling, cost control, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal resources.
• Manage change orders, risk, pay applications, project documentation, forecasts, and profitability reporting.
• Lead project meetings, preconstruction discussions, business planning, and resolution of project issues.
• Develop project teams and promote safety, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 10 years of construction management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CMiC or comparable project accounting software, scheduling tools, BIM, construction technology, and Lean practices.
• Ability to prepare budgets, GMPs or hard bids, estimates, schedules, and project business plans.
• A valid unrestricted driver's license is required.
