Senior Project Manager - Heavy Civil

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project management teams and support heavy civil construction operations in Rayville, Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers.
• Review budgets, cost projections, and work-in-progress projections.
• Support business development and cultivate owner and engineer relationships.
• Collaborate on value engineering opportunities.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• At least eight years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, address urgent operational needs, and travel or relocate as needed.
