Senior Electrical Superintendent, Mission Critical

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations for mission-critical and advanced-facility construction in El Paso. The role oversees project execution, field teams, subcontractors, safety, quality, schedule, and client coordination.

The Advanced Facilities Group delivers complex mission-critical, data center, semiconductor, and industrial and manufacturing projects for innovative clients across the country.

Responsibilities

• Manage moderately complex projects or major project portions from mobilization through closeout.
• Direct subcontractors, suppliers, field supervisors, staff, materials, equipment, and site logistics.
• Lead safety, quality, daily coordination, trade, owner-architect-contractor, and project review meetings.
• Develop and maintain work plans, schedules, staffing plans, budgets, cost tracking, documentation, and project reports.
• Coordinate procurement, change management, project risk mitigation, quality compliance, and closeout activities.
• Support pursuits, client relationships, recruiting, business development, and project presentations.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or GED required; a construction management, engineering, or related bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of construction experience and 5 years of field supervision experience.
• Experience applying construction management methods, scheduling, project controls, quality practices, and Lean principles.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management and accounting systems, scheduling software, and construction technology.
• Advanced knowledge of layout, crane flagging, and rigging.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license required; ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
