Senior Aptitude Project Manager- Atlanta

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Aptitude Project Manager to lead regional technology integration services throughout the project lifecycle. The role combines operational leadership, financial oversight, client relationship management, business development, and risk control for Aptitude projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct technology design-assist, installation, network integration, and construction coordination activities.
• Develop technology scopes, responsibility matrices, estimates, proposals, budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and work plans.
• Manage project costs, projections, billing, collections, milestones, documentation, and closeout activities.
• Lead, coach, recruit, and develop project team members while supporting safety and quality objectives.
• Serve as the regional relationship executive and escalation point for project, financial, contractual, business development, and client risks.
• Oversee Aptitude resource planning, financial strategy, client development, growth initiatives, and integration with regional self-perform strategies.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, civic organizations, and municipal stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, information technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 10 years of experience with information technology, security, or life-safety systems.
• At least 8 years of project management experience.
• Working knowledge of project delivery processes, budgeting, profitability, proposals, fees, and work plans.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills, presentation ability, relationship-building skills, and intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work occasional non-traditional hours.
