Regional Safety Manager

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a full-time Regional Safety Manager to support field safety operations, advise crews and safety managers, and strengthen compliance across regional construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites to conduct inspections, audits, safety meetings, and compliance training.
• Manage safety programs, workshops, and job-specific development initiatives.
• Support incident documentation, medical and insurance paperwork, and workplace accident investigations.
• Provide practical safety guidance to construction crews and field leadership.

Required Experience

• OSHA 30 certification in Construction required.
• Must hold or obtain CHST certification within six months of employment.
• Degree in civil, mechanical, construction engineering, construction management, or a related safety discipline preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish ability preferred.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate.
