Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Project Manager to lead pipe and heavy civil construction work in Fairfax, Virginia, with a focus on water and wastewater projects.

Project Details

The role supports water and wastewater construction projects involving pipe work and heavy civil operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct project costs, labor forecasts, work-in-progress projections, and financial performance.
• Coordinate site supervisory staff, project schedules, material procurement, and contract administration.
• Maintain productive owner relationships and negotiate project agreements and purchases.
• Set and enforce jobsite safety expectations.

Required Experience

• Previous project management experience in water and wastewater construction.
• Seven to ten years of construction experience.
• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
