Project Manager (Jacksonville Bldg)

Job Summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for its Florida Buildings Group in North Florida. This role leads complex building projects from contract administration through commissioning and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Direct project execution to meet design, budget, staffing, quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
• Lead safety planning and promote a strong jobsite safety culture.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, payments, project forecasts, risks, and opportunities.
• Evaluate value engineering options and oversee commissioning and closeout activities.
• Supervise, coach, train, and mentor project team members and coordinate trade performance.
• For design-build work, monitor design progress, constructability, quality, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of progressive construction experience with project leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, specifications, codes, contracts, safety, and quality management.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, staffing, risks, and stakeholder relationships.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management tools, scheduling software, and emerging technology.
