Project Manager

Job Summary

PCL Construction is seeking a Project Manager in Phoenix to lead civil construction delivery, contract administration, project controls, safety, quality, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Direct project execution to meet design, budget, resource, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Develop and implement project safety plans while promoting strong health and safety practices.
• Manage forecasts, schedules, risk, opportunities, contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and progress payments.
• Evaluate client needs and develop value engineering recommendations involving cost, function, and schedule.
• Coordinate commissioning, closeout, and, when applicable, design-build design reviews and quality audits.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Five to eight years of progressive construction experience; leadership and mentoring experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, specifications, contracts, codes, safety, and quality management.
• Ability to manage project budgets and schedules and build effective relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management, and scheduling software, with adaptability to new technology.
