Project Manager

Job Summary

PCL Construction Services is seeking Project Managers for future opportunities supporting its growing national data center business unit. The role is based in Texas, Arizona, Oregon, or Utah and oversees medium-sized construction projects from planning through closeout.

Project Details

This position supports data center construction and may include design-build delivery. Project responsibilities cover contract administration, safety, quality, cost, scheduling, procurement, stakeholder coordination, and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Direct project execution to meet design, budget, resource, quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
• Develop the project safety plan, manage risks and opportunities, and promote strong health and safety practices.
• Administer contracts, negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders, issue progress payments, and monitor performance.
• Provide status reporting for safety, cost forecasts, and schedule while managing client and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate design progress, constructability, quality reviews, and deliverables on applicable design-build projects.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Eight to ten years of progressive construction experience; leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, specifications, methods, building codes, construction law, safety, and quality management.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, risks, relationships, and stakeholder communications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management tools, scheduling software, and emerging construction technology.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
