Project Manager

Job Summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 2 in Mesa to direct moderately complex construction projects or portions of larger assignments. The role oversees project administration, coordination, safety, schedule, cost, quality, and closeout activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, preconstruction support, procurement, subcontracting, submittals, and change management.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal resources.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, procurement logs, cost forecasts, budgets, and profitability reports.
• Manage project risks, documentation, pay applications, meetings, and closeout requirements.
• Promote an injury-free work environment, investigate incidents, and support corrective training.
• Manage multiple or moderately complex projects and recommend solutions to project issues.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 7 years of construction management experience.
• Intermediate communication, presentation, Microsoft Office, and Lean process skills.
• Advanced proficiency with project management, accounting, construction technology, and scheduling software.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work non-traditional hours when project needs require.

Compensation and Benefits
