Job Summary

Garney Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee pipe construction operations in San Antonio, Texas. The role requires progressive construction experience and leadership of project management personnel.

Project Details

The position supports pipe construction projects and operational needs, with flexibility for travel or relocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Project Managers.
• Review budgets, cost projections, and work-in-progress projections.
• Develop new business opportunities and identify value engineering solutions.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with owners and engineers.
• Adapt to changing schedules and respond to urgent operational matters.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• At least eight years of supervisory experience.
• Progressive construction experience and willingness to travel or relocate.
