Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Project Manager for its Advanced Facilities Group in Mesa. The role manages complex construction work while supporting a safety-focused, collaborative project environment.

Project Details

The Advanced Facilities Group delivers large industrial and manufacturing, data center, semiconductor, mission-critical, and advanced-industry projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, preconstruction, procurement, buyout, submittals, scheduling, cost control, and closeout.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage change requests, pay applications, project reporting, risk reviews, budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• Support safety culture, investigate incidents, and promote an injury-free work environment.
• Lead project, progress, owner-architect-contractor, and monthly review meetings.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least five years of construction management experience.
• Proficiency with project management, accounting, construction technology, and scheduling software.
• Working knowledge of construction methods, project processes, Lean practices, budgeting, and team collaboration.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
