Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Project Manager 2 in Raleigh to lead moderately complex pharmaceutical construction projects or defined portions of larger projects. The role oversees project administration, coordination, safety, financial performance, scheduling, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety practices, incident investigations, and safety awareness efforts.
• Support preconstruction, estimating, trade coordination, scope development, bidding, and subcontractor buyout.
• Manage submittals, procurement, subcontractor risk, change requests, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal resources.
• Develop and update project schedules with the superintendent, identify impacts, and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Monitor budgets, costs, forecasts, margins, project risks, and business-plan performance.
• Lead project meetings, reporting, closeout, warranties, and related financial and contractual activities.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 7 years of construction management experience.
• Intermediate communication, presentation, MS Office, and Lean process skills.
• Advanced proficiency with project management, accounting, scheduling, and construction technology software.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work at project sites or in an office.
