Project Manager 1- Mission Critical

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Project Manager 1 to direct project administration and execution for mission-critical construction work in collaboration with the Project Superintendent. The role manages project delivery, client and trade relationships, financial performance, schedule, quality, and closeout activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety efforts, preconstruction planning, procurement, buyout, submittals, changes, and stakeholder coordination.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, cost forecasts, budgets, and profitability reports.
• Lead owner, architect, subcontractor, and project review meetings.
• Manage pay applications, subcontractor risk reviews, documentation, and project closeout.
• Support quantity takeoffs, trade coordination, bid package development, and scope evaluation.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least five years of construction management experience.
• Working knowledge of construction management methods, project processes, scheduling, accounting, construction technology, and Lean practices.
• Advanced proficiency with project management, accounting, construction technology, and scheduling software, plus intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
