Project Manager 1 Mission Critical

Job Summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 1 to direct the administration and delivery of mission critical construction work in collaboration with the Project Superintendent. The role manages project execution, client and trade relationships, financial performance, schedule, quality, and safety.

Project Details

This position supports mission critical construction projects, with assignments based at project sites and/or in the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety practices and promote an injury-free work environment.
• Support preconstruction, estimating, buyout, subcontract awards, submittals, and procurement.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Manage change requests, meetings, pay applications, project schedules, and resource planning.
• Track budgets, costs, forecasts, margins, risks, and project status reporting.
• Document project decisions and lead closeout activities, including punch lists, financials, contracts, and warranties.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 5 years of construction management experience.
• Intermediate MS Office, communication, presentation, and Lean process skills.
• Advanced proficiency with project management, accounting, construction technology, and scheduling software.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.
