Project Manager 1 - Healthcare Construction

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Project Manager 1 to direct and administer healthcare construction projects in collaboration with the Project Superintendent. The role manages project execution, client and trade relationships, safety, schedule, quality, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, preconstruction, buyout, subcontract administration, and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage submittals, change requests, pay applications, project meetings, schedules, procurement, and closeout activities.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, margins, budgets, risks, and potential schedule impacts.
• Support a safety culture, investigate incidents, document project decisions, and coordinate mitigation efforts.
• Maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least five years of construction management experience.
• Working knowledge of construction management methods, project processes, scheduling, accounting, construction technology, and Lean practices.
• Intermediate communication, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills, with advanced project management and scheduling software proficiency.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.
