Project Engineer - Water/Wastewater

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Project Engineer in Apache Junction to support project management and develop hands-on experience in water and wastewater construction.

Project Details

This role supports water and wastewater infrastructure projects and may require travel and flexible working hours based on project demands.

Responsibilities

• Prepare submittals and requests for information.
• Coordinate project activities from startup through closeout.
• Support estimating, scheduling, field operations, and crew coordination.
• Assist with material purchasing and maintain project documentation.
• Track job costs and communicate professionally with owners, architects, and engineers.

Required Experience

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Strong organization, planning, attention to detail, and willingness to support project requirements.
• Suitable for an early-career professional seeking project management experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary is $80,000-$110,000 per year.
