Project Engineer - Water/Wastewater

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Project Engineer in Charleston to support project management and help keep water and wastewater construction work organized, documented, and on schedule.

Project Details

This role supports water and wastewater infrastructure projects and provides exposure to entry-level project management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare submittals and requests for information.
• Coordinate project activities from startup through closeout.
• Support material purchasing, estimating, scheduling, and field operations.
• Maintain project documents, job costs, and other detailed records.
• Communicate professionally with owners, architects, engineers, crews, and other project stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Strong organization, planning, attention to detail, and willingness to travel and work required project hours.
• Position is suited to candidates seeking entry-level project management experience.
