Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Project Engineer to support project management and field operations in San Diego. This entry-level opportunity is suited to a detail-oriented professional who can organize project information, coordinate stakeholders, and help keep work progressing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare submittals and requests for information.
• Coordinate project activities from startup through closeout.
• Support estimating, scheduling, crew coordination, and field operations.
• Assist with material purchasing and negotiations.
• Maintain project documentation, job costs, and closeout records.
• Communicate professionally with owners, architects, engineers, and other project partners.

Required Experience

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Strong organization, planning, and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel and work the schedule required by project needs.
• Interest in developing entry-level project management experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• $82,500-$105,000 per year.
