Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Project Engineer in Greenville to support heavy civil pipe construction and develop hands-on project management experience. The role provides organizational and technical support to keep projects moving from setup through closeout.

Project Details

This position supports heavy civil pipeline and utility construction projects, coordinating with project teams, owners, engineers, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare submittals and requests for information.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, crews, materials, and documentation.
• Support estimating, project setup, closeout, and field operations.
• Track job costs and assist with purchasing and material negotiations.
• Communicate professionally with owners, architects, and engineers.

Required Experience

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and planning skills.
• Willingness to travel and work the hours required by project needs.
