Nas Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

nFusion, a PCL company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead specialty design-build delivery for entertainment and culture projects from its Glendale office.

Project Details

The role supports experiential and museum projects involving architecture, engineering, specialty disciplines, exhibit fabrication, and construction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client and stakeholder contact through design, pre-construction, and project delivery.
• Coordinate design deliverables, permitting, procurement, shop drawings, off-site production, construction, and commissioning.
• Lead safety, quality, constructability, schedule, cost, and design-compliance efforts.
• Evaluate value-engineering opportunities and resolve scope, budget, code, and sequencing issues.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and assigned resources to meet project objectives.
• Support estimates, proposals, presentations, and business-development activities.

Required Experience

• Experience planning complex design-build projects, including strategy, scope development, estimating oversight, and risk management.
• Background in experiential, museum, entertainment, or culture projects with multidisciplinary design teams.
• Knowledge of business planning, economic feasibility, and licensing for location-based entertainment.
• Strong client leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional project management credentials, architectural or engineering expertise, or equivalent exhibit fabrication and construction experience.
