Job Summary

Garney Construction is seeking a Marine Project Manager to lead heavy civil water and wastewater construction work in Nashville. The role is suited to an experienced construction manager who can direct project execution, financial performance, and client relationships.

This position supports marine and heavy civil projects in the water and wastewater construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Track project costs, labor forecasts, work-in-progress projections, and overall financial performance.
• Direct site supervision and coordinate project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with owners and project stakeholders.
• Source and purchase materials while supporting contract negotiations and administration.
• Set and uphold jobsite safety standards.

Required Experience

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Seven to ten years of construction experience, including prior project management work in water and wastewater construction.
