Job Summary

Garney Construction is seeking a Marine Project Manager to lead heavy civil water and wastewater construction work in Newport News, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs, work-in-progress projections, labor forecasts, and purchasing.
• Plan and schedule project activities while coordinating site supervisory personnel.
• Maintain owner relationships and administer contract negotiations.
• Establish and enforce job site safety expectations.

Required Experience

• Previous project management experience in water and wastewater construction.
• Seven to ten years of construction experience.
• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
