IT Project Manager - Security

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead information security initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party partners from project planning through completion.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resource needs.
• Manage security-related initiatives through implementation, transition, and closeout.
• Lead project teams, facilitate meetings, communicate status, and resolve risks and issues.
• Coordinate audit, assessment, compliance, contractual, and project documentation.
• Align technology, legal, risk, compliance, business, procurement, and external stakeholders.
• Track decisions, ownership, change requests, lessons learned, and project outcomes.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Five or more years of project management or similar experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of information security, risk management, security frameworks, and audit or assessment processes.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with Jira Software or modern IT service management tools.
• Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, follow-up, and collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits

This position is aligned with JE Dunn’s Professional Non-Union benefits package. The role may require overnight travel and does not include employment visa sponsorship.
