HSE Supervisor (Night Shift)

Job Summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a night-shift HSE Supervisor in Denver to lead project health, safety, and environmental activities while supporting field teams and developing safety personnel.

Responsibilities

• Implement project HSE plans, regulatory requirements, safe work practices, and communication programs.
• Identify hazards, deliver project-specific training, and advise teams on corrective actions.
• Lead HSE inspections, audit trade partner performance, and evaluate trade safety plans.
• Maintain emergency response, security, and environmental planning processes.
• Support incident investigations and assess corrective measures.
• Supervise, coach, train, and mentor HSE Coordinators and other employees.
• Build effective relationships with project stakeholders and trade partners.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in occupational health and safety or a related discipline.
• Recognized safety designation and at least seven years of health and safety experience in a related industry.
• Two years of supervisory experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety, environmental legislation, construction processes, and HSE systems.
• Strong communication, presentation, conflict-resolution, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and Microsoft Office skills.

Compensation and Benefits
