HSE Student

Job Summary

Nassal, a PCL company, is seeking an HSE Student intern to support field safety operations in Orlando, Florida, during a full-time May-through-August assignment.

Responsibilities

• Support site safety inspections, incident investigations, employee orientations, and project safety documentation.
• Help develop and carry out project-specific HSE plans and safety programs.
• Compile and distribute safety statistics, maintain database records, and assist with recurring HSE reports.
• Support PSI program implementation and participate in PSI audits.

Required Experience

• OSHA 10-hour or OSHA 30-hour training certificate.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and training in hazard anticipation, identification, and assessment.
• Ability to research occupational health and industrial hygiene policies, procedures, and standards.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, plus construction-related software.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; reliable transportation; valid driver's license; and authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old and available for full-time work in Orlando from May through August.
