Electrical Superintendent, Mission Critical

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations for moderately complex mission critical projects within its Advanced Facilities Group.

Project Details

The Advanced Facilities portfolio includes data centers, semiconductor facilities, and industrial and manufacturing projects requiring coordinated, high-performance construction delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct site safety, quality, scheduling, logistics, subcontractor coordination, and daily project execution.
• Lead field staff, trade partners, suppliers, meetings, work planning, and project documentation.
• Manage construction sequencing, staffing, materials, equipment, self-perform activities, and schedule updates with the project manager.
• Monitor costs, changes, risks, quality compliance, and closeout activities.
• Communicate with owners, designers, authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Support project pursuits, client relationships, staffing, recruiting, and future business development.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or GED required; a construction management, engineering, or related bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of construction experience and 5 years of field supervision experience.
• Experience with construction means and methods, scheduling, project controls, construction technology, and project management software.
• Working knowledge of Lean principles is preferred.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
