Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Elljay Acoustics is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead specialty commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout in a collaborative team environment.

Project Details

The role supports commercial specialty interiors and other public, private, and commercial construction work delivered nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, cost controls, profitability, and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, staffing, procurement, and field productivity.
• Administer contracts, RFIs, submittals, ASIs, RFQs, and related change management.
• Attend jobsite, general contractor, owner, and customer meetings.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts while identifying value-engineering opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and manage project teams.

Required Experience

• Three to five years of project management experience in commercial specialty interiors construction.
• Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, schedules, specifications, and other construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary of $90,000–$120,000 depending on experience, plus medical and dental coverage, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, student loan paydown, and additional benefits.
