Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Carpenter Foreman in Suffolk, Virginia, to lead carpentry operations, coordinate crews, and support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Organize work activities based on project priorities and schedules.
• Track crew production against plans and assist with cost control.
• Supervise machinery and equipment use.
• Promote job site safety and reinforce a strong safety culture.

Required Experience

• Previous carpentry experience, including form carpentry.
• Knowledge of construction methods, procedures, and equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly, prepare reports, read blueprints and specifications, and work at heights.
• Willingness to work overtime.
