Job Summary

Garney is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support field leadership and construction delivery on heavy civil water and wastewater projects in Savannah, Georgia.

Project Details

The role focuses on water and wastewater infrastructure construction and requires experience running crews on heavy civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material purchasing and negotiate with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate as-built documentation and analyze material inventories.
• Serve as a point of contact for the owner and architect or engineer.
• Survey and monitor active construction sites.

Required Experience

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Five to seven years of experience running crews on heavy civil water and wastewater projects.
• Safety-minded leadership approach.
