Job Summary

Garney is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support water and wastewater construction projects from project planning through closeout.

Project Details

This role supports pipe and utility construction work in the water and wastewater sector.

Responsibilities

• Review shop drawings, maintain schedules, and prepare detailed drafts.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
• Purchase materials, survey active job sites, and update as-built records.
• Monitor job-site safety, labor hours, and project reporting.
• Prepare daily and periodic updates for project stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Four to seven years of construction experience.
• Willingness to travel.
