Weeks Construction - Project Manager-Hawaii

Job Summary

Weeks Marine is seeking a senior Project Manager to direct construction projects from planning through closeout, with responsibility for field execution, financial performance, safety, and client and subcontractor relationships. The position is based in Cranford, New Jersey, with assignments determined by project needs.

Project Details

The role supports infrastructure and marine construction work, including bridges, docks, and related projects across the Northeast and other operating regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project administration, superintendents, engineers, and the broader project management team.
• Coordinate work planning, means and methods, schedules, staffing, procurement, and field operations.
• Monitor job costs, cash flow, financial objectives, change orders, and project resources.
• Maintain safety, quality, production, and compliance throughout construction.
• Resolve technical and operational issues and coordinate with project executives and department leaders.
• Complete project closeout, including documentation, retainage, claims, and support for field supervisors.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years managing construction projects, preferably involving infrastructure, bridges, docks, and marine work.
• Ability to interpret schedules, cost controls, owner specifications, and engineering drawings.
• A degree in construction engineering, construction management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meet deadlines, and work overtime or weekends when required.
• Ability to travel and relocate as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
