Senior Project manager

Job Summary

Ronco Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from initial activation through closeout. This role requires strong ownership, organization, communication, and leadership while coordinating teams, resources, budgets, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Direct project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resource allocation, procurement, contracts, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Track project financials, invoices, cost controls, and change orders.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, trade partners, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain quality.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and support compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide project updates, maintain stakeholder communication, and mentor junior team members.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of construction project management experience.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety requirements, and project delivery practices.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, organization, and deadline-management skills.
