Project Manager - Electrical Construction

Job Summary

Lead complex electrical construction projects from the Irvine office, managing delivery across industrial, water, wastewater, and power generation markets.

Projects span industrial infrastructure and power-related work across North America. The role supports engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Direct multidisciplinary teams while managing scope, schedule, budget, cost control, and project controls.
• Establish project procedures and oversee engineering, quality, safety, environmental, and compliance requirements.
• Represent the project with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage changes, approvals, client communication, training, and contractual deliverables.
• Drive effective work methods, technical performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Work overtime and weekends when required to meet project deadlines.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a four-year college or university.
• 10 or more years of related experience, specifically in infrastructure or industrial construction.
• Proficiency with project administration and control software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Reliable attendance, professional communication, safe work practices, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Compensation and Benefits
