Project Manager

Job Summary

Kingery is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate construction work from early planning through closeout. This role serves as a central point of communication for owners, design professionals, subcontractors, and internal teams while keeping projects organized, financially controlled, and moving toward completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, execution, and completion.
• Prepare estimates and bids and monitor project financial performance.
• Forecast costs, manage budgets, and process payment requests.
• Lead project meetings and document meeting minutes.
• Review construction documents and address potential issues.
• Resolve personnel and documentation conflicts.
• Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with project partners.
• Support a safe working environment and timely delivery of project work.

Required Experience

• At least three years of building-trade experience is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, business administration, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Strong organization, responsiveness, communication, relationship-building, and multitasking skills.
